In Ayzer Dokum, sense of quality begins with the controls made during the raw material procurement and includes all processes of manufacturing, corporate trainings of the workers and the feedbacks of our clientele after sales and it is evaluated in a wide range of fields.

As metal is in the furnace yet, its heat is measured with the portable device, Heraus Electronite with thermo cup and also pre-controls are made with Quick-lab C.Si determination device.

All parameters of molding sand can be measured by Japanese Sinto DST2 sand tester device in 45 seconds After molding, the results of chemical analysis of samples can be acquired from the device Spektro Max which has 26 elements and with the brand name Spektro. Computer controlled, 10 mm ball diameter and 3 tons hydraulic BMS 300 OBPC device is used in order to measure the Brinell type hardness of products.

In addition, to prepare and control the samples, devices as Trinocular inverted metallurgical microscope, polishing disks with double disks and speed sensors, bakelite cutting devices are used. Quality of our firm is registered officially with the ISO 9001 – 2008 Quality Certificate dated 2009.
